How can I change my partner details?
I can not change my partner details anymore. There is a message the page was locked X minutes below.
Normally just go to the partner details and use the edit button right from the view tab. In some cases the edit button disappeares.
The system locks pages automatically if someone edits the page. This behaviour prevents that two persons can edit the data at the same time.
If the first user closes the browser or does not save the work the page stays locked. See example below:
In this example I would not recommend to remove the lock because the user admin locked it one minute ago.If the lock is older than one hour or the lock was set by yourself you can safely click on the unlock button in the locked message.
